COACH'S CORNER

  • Off season training is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..  Too much time off will erode skills and progress the girls have made this Fall.  Note:  Daily touches with the ball - even just 10 minutes - makes a difference.
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - Start hydrating the day before practice and games.  EXTREMELY important.   Girls need to bring water jugs to practice and to the games.  The little 16oz. water bottles aren't enough, and while we provide some water at the games, we've run out before - especially in the mid day HOT games....  There's no such thing as having too much water.......
